The ProductRubric submission helper

This small service signs a contributor in with GitHub and opens their rubric submission under their own account. It exists for the rubric builder and for contributors whose AI assistant prepared their files.

It holds no accounts and keeps nothing: a visitor's GitHub token is used for the one submission they asked for and then forgotten. The library itself lives at productrubric.com and on GitHub.
